Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
Ariba is the solution we use for our purchasing process. We are currently implementing a new cloud integration, Cloud Integration Gateway. As I am directly involved in this project I can write a few words about how Ariba integrates with the backend, in this case, the SAP ECC system. The most significant change is the number of tasks that a functional consultant can perform without involving technical people. CIG is based on the no-code low-code idea, which greatly simplifies implementation. Although we had a lot of customization in the previous solution, in CIG, we managed to achieve all of them without the need for custom tools. I think this is a change in the right direction!

- Has many Document Status Update interfaces, so everyone is well informed about the process step
- Support is not good, sometimes we have to wait for days and weeks for the problem to be resolved
