Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement
I was using the SAP Ariba Procurement to onboard and integrate the supplier account into the system which was in SAP ECC 6.0. At the beginning of the project, it was so difficult to understand and manage the Ariba portal because suppliers don't like to fill the lengthy questionnaire, so it was extremely difficult to teach and guide them about the SAP Ariba benefits in order to manage their general details, PO, payments, etc. I still wonder, how can we make this process more smooth and easy for both users and suppliers.

- Report automation, which will be delivered to the users automatically.
- Supplier onboarding activities are being tracked in real time.
- There should be one account, however, it may be accessed by all users.
- SAP 24X7 technical should help vendors in solving their technical issues.
- Integration of different supplier accounts into a single general portal, which should be done in SAP Ariba from a business standpoint.
- Admin access to few people where they can manage supplier profile
- It started out at 10%, but as time goes on and more activities are added, the percentage continues to rise.

The basic answer is that it saves a lot of time from both the supplier and the business end in general, and the data's transparency and authenticity always remain the same, so it's excellent in the long run, but it takes a long time in the beginning.
