Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

We are P to O currently. Converting from ITK to CIG is not a problem, but if you have customized, the out of the box offerings are challenging.

Scope is: Nearly everything we have is in some way customized.
  • Order creation and history / Receipts
  • easy of integration if you are not customized
  • Support can be lengthy if not a P1. Solutions are confusing
  • Moving to the pay for support model for things that were including earlier
  • Guided Buying
  • Contracts
  • changing integration methods
It does seem easy to use
  • Integration with Other Systems
  • Ease of Use

Does great with the things it was designed to do. Many integration options and offerings. Support has changed a bit recently that makes problem resolution problematic in a timely manner (without escalation).
