Overall Satisfaction with SAP Ariba Procurement

We use Ariba Procurement to manage Indirect spend for Majority of our categories and we implement Full P2P landscape to approve invoices in the Buyer.
  • Approval of requisition works very well
  • Flexibility of the configuration for requisitions is good
  • Adjustment of solution for country specifics is fine
  • procurement data export delay shall be reduced in Ariba reports
  • Navigation for Users to view Accounding details shall be simplified as it has far fetching consequences.

  • Repporting
  • Reduced overall approval time
  • Increased audit transparency
There are some services that are difficult to be covered via Ariba Procurement hence not 10.
There are configurations that cannot be done inhouse, which delays changes.

It works fine for goods purchases. For Services is might be further developed. Out of the box solution for complex scenarios (multiple splits, mixed purchase types) might be considered.
