Overall Satisfaction with SAP Build

we are using it for creating new purchase orders and creating workflows for approvals

Pros

  • ease of using the released apis
  • workflow is working well for the scenarios
  • Ease of use with S4H

Cons

  • the workflow feature is something we want to have improvements on
  • little time consuming for the team to understand and remodel the business case with SAP Build
We have currently not integrated with any other system, but after this ASUG event that is going to be our take away for the developers to leverage more of SAP Build. The demo and the hands on has given us some visibility too in that space.
We are still exploring more in this area to build multi level approvals. Currently we designed with single level approvals, but more to explore in this area and build it to suit our business.
The feature is very nice that you do not have to know the backend workflow things when an event happens.

This is well suited for some bots we built for sales order creation POC.
We need to explore more capabilities of SAP Build usage.
