Accelerated the Citizen development. Many business folks wanted apps to developed to cater to business needs but lacked the technical expertise. This SAP Build Bridge the gap, enabling the business and functional consultants to develop the apps to cater business needs

Yes, with our backend SAP S4 On premise systems. Activities like material management , goods issue which required the end user to use desktop or laptop can be done using phone and apps on mobile and on the go
We have SAP Build the workflow automation to perform many tasks which earlier involved human intervention. But we are more to explore in this area to cater to our business needs
Did not evaluate any other apps. Decided to go with SAP Build apps as its part of the SAP BTP echo system
