We are using SAP Build in our RnD project to trigger WF from Standard SAP application and We can see the WF in My collaborations app. We are actively using SAP Build for automaton of Workflows.

- Environment deployment has some problems
- Improvement in My Collaborations apps
- Cannot copy Processes
- My collaboration Comments has limit for 3000 character but has error after entering 2000 characters
- Cannot change status in Prod for My Collaborations app.
- It definitely changed our process automation process
- It saves some time in Processes
- Need improvements as we get deployment errors.
Yes we integrated SAP Build with other applications and It greatly benefitted for us.
SAP Build helped t o create workflows and manage workflows. It saves lot of time. Users can communicate with other teams and can use SAP Build for monitoring workflows.
Joule helps the users now with natural language users can build UI applications.
With Datasphere we can analyse data and maintain it.
