Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

SAP Integration Suite is being used for CRM (c4c or hybris cloud) within the sales and pre-sales organizations. In addition, SAP Fiori is being used within the CRM setting and the S/4 HANA setting when building and integrating demos within the pre-sales department. These allow a seamless approach to allow the customers the full e2e experience without feeling like they have to jump into different systems for each task. They allow the customer to start with deals and work their way through to invoicing. SAP Integration Suite is a powerful tool that allows full integration of many different applications whether native or not.
  • The ability to integrate through different APIs regardless of application giving the customer the full capability to have a bi-directional flow of data.
  • Allows different departments the ability to seamlessly add/review/approve data/tasks.
  • Provides a full e2e capabilities from Q2C.
  • Cost. Making it more available to all markets including SMB.
  • Having a better selling point for SAP S/4 HANA since speed is not always as easy to distinguish.
  • Adding more tiles within SAP Fiori within each SAP module.
  • SAP Integration Suite has allowed us to successfully demo a true e2e solution for our customers.
  • SAP Integration Suite provides the flexibility to pick and choose what the customer may need and leave the rest but letting them know the other features/functionality is available if/when needed.
  • SAP Integration Suite provides that one-stop-shop for businesses to remain focused on their customers and less time focused on trying to tie different systems/data together.
SAP Integration Suite is great for the company that needs a one-stop-shop for their complete e2e solution. No more having to maintain multiple applications separately. This is good for the company that needs to unify their solutions under one umbrella and allow the seamless bi-directional flow of data from start to finish. SAP Integration Suite is not for everyone. Those smaller companies that may not have the budget or may not have the complexity of applications may not benefit as much as larger companies with a much larger footprint.
