I use Concur to communicate new enhancements/training to end users to make them super users. Then they can submit their expense reports properly. Then I utilize Concur to audit their expenses and reimburse them on time. Next, we utilize Concur reporting to communicate with management and provide them with meaningful data to make decisions on travel and spending.
