Excellent product with lots of potential

I use SAP Concur for booking travel and completing multiple employee's expenses.

The first major problem I have with SAP Concur is that the fields that are automatically input when a corporate card is used is wrong more than half the time.

I do not like that you cannot 'allocate' en masse or copy and paste a long list of attendees in one expense to the next.

I do not like that you can only use SAP Travel Concur for direct flights, which is highly restricting when trying to do something immediately.

I think the system itself is very slow overall.

The integration of travel and expenses is great but, in my opinion, could use more improvement as it is not as efficient.

I like that you can get hundreds of customizable reports as needed from all the data that is input into the system.

The only problem is, I think the excel export format is awful and needs to be better so we can sort and filter more efficiently.

The taking of photos in the app makes it much easier for me to do my job and reduces the possibilities of lost reciepts.
