Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use SAP Concur to book business travel arrangements for air, hotel, car rental etc. Allows for the company to consolidate and monitor travel expenses.

Pros

  • Consolidated travel data
  • Allow for discounts
  • Easy data feed via upload to SAP

Cons

  • Booking airline tickets and integration to airline websites
  • increased transparency into spending
  • ability to flag user if spend is over budget
SAP Concur data integrates to our Wells Fargo banking system which then is uploaded to SAP ERP.
Better control of budget and visibility to company travel expenses.
Good experience although some users would rather book their airlines travel directly with airlines.
