Its SAP Concur - Dont look any further

Use SAP Concur to make travel reservations and submit expenses. The use case is multi-fold: looking for an efficient and policy adhering travel booking tool with ability to capture exceptions; automated matching of receipts with expenses; on-the-fly submission of expense reports and monitoring status of claims. Since I undertake travel almost on a weekly basis it's significant that the above processes are seamless with inherent capability to detect mistakes & errors.

SAP Concur has evolved not only as a product but also as a software for our organization. The internal travel policies have been administered manually before they were factored into SAP Concur. Travel reservations were completed outside SAP Concur before they are integrated at which point SAP Concur became the one stop shop

Easy of reservation; it's fit for the purpose of weekly travel, inbuilt validation of travel policies and procedures; on-the-fly capture of receipts, real-time expense report management and status. All if this made me and my colleagues focus on the more important tasks on hand than the administrative tasks of travel reservation and expense management
