Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur has streamlined our travel and expense process immensely. The time it takes to complete expense reports has been reduced drastically thanks in large part to the ease of use of the product. SAP Concur has reduced confusion, frustration, and time spent on expense reports on a high level. I recommend this product completely.

  • While the interface has been improved greatly, there is always room for improvement regarding end user interaction.
  • The labor time alone has been fantastic. This process used to take hours to fill out and days or weeks to process
