Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, I use SAP Concur For travel and expense booking.

Pros

  • Expense booking and reports

Cons

  • we do travel booking through SAP Concur and, in my opinion, the UI (user interface) is not very intuitive.
  • Expense reporting is a big usage of the tool and it has been a hoot.
We are a large organization spread across multiple countries. SAP Concur helps us in having a standardized process and UI (user interface) for all expense and travel requirements.
