Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use for travel planning, expense reporting and management

Pros

  • Links the e-receipts automatically
  • Integrate the corporate cards
  • Somewhat easy flow from beginning to end process.

Cons

  • More user friendly experience
  • Identify and remove duplicate amounts for same charge
  • Add more flexibility to user actions before submission of expenses
  • Increased transparency
  • overall expense management made better
Its integrated and most robust among others.
There is opportunity to add AI features to make things easy for users.

It helps to manage large corporate travel expenses better. But I think it lags user experiences somewhat , can be made more user friendly to be able to spend less time in expense reporting and submissions.
