Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

Easy to use but needs more automation in order to full reap the benefits of the application. There are also challenges especially for shared service centers on language translation. Still needs SAP Concur Detect or other applications to streamline other processes like receipt comparison analysis and other functionalities that is needed by the center to review all the submissions by users all around the world.

The interface is easy to use and it is easily accessible for both laptops and mobile. As a user I am overall satisfied with the functionality especially when I am on travel. I also appreciate the mobile app that comes with it that I use every time I scan the receipts to be submitted to the company.
SAP Concur is integrated highly in our SAP ERP specially with accounts payable. The integration allows us to have postings easy in SAP Financials thus eliminating manual postings in the system. Since both system are integrated managing expenses is much easier and reporting it creates more transparency for the organization.

The application is good but the cost of reports is high as the organization is getting larger especially for global organization that the application is being used by every country. There is also a lot that needs to be improved in the mobile applications that SAP needs to look into, like the accuracy of the receipt recognition.
