Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

For All Expense and Travel management. Dificult integraito with ECC using hte SAE process

Pros

  • Records Expense
  • Allows for Project/Tracking reporting
  • Allows for clear Audit controls , allows user visibilty

Cons

  • Provide more templates
  • Allow different pricing models. A single expense reportper month gets to be large for frequent travelers
  • Concur has had a positive impact on our company. Our old application was cumbersome and Concur has improved user experience, and ability to complete expense report easily and quickly
  • Daily integration using the SAE works well
Concurewas fairly easy to implement on a short timeline. We did it on budget and under timeline
Onl SAP ECC for results. Travel and Credit card for travel mgt
Looked at 3 others, but not sure of the names. SAP Concur was chosen to to it's enterprise solutions and ease of use. Concur was much better than the other appx
