Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

SAP Concur is used across the enterprise for all travel expense management.

Pros

  • Support user with getting overview of transactions
  • Support user with creating expense reports
  • Support finance department with getting statistics and reporting
  • Integrating with SAP ECC and credit card providers

Cons

  • Business does not want to use it as a travel booking system
  • Major issues with integration of employee data
Business do not find it the most user friendly - struggle with getting an overview over which buttons to use for which purpose, and Finance have to create guides for users.
Integrating with SAP ECC using SAP Integration Suite but also a separate API management tool for custom integrations to our SAP EC external credit card providers.

Travel expense management - SAP Concur does this to perfection. Businesses do not like the concept of using SAP Concur for booking management, which from an IT perspective, would make a lot of sense to use it for.
