Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

In our organization, we use SAP Concur for Business expense updates

Pros

  • Listing down all expense
  • getting entries from credit card to the tool

Cons

  • delays in getting the credit card entries
  • overall user experience is very tedious
  • reporting can be better
  • Expense tracking
