Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
I use the SAP Concur for expense reimbursement, travel. The process is easy to navigate and follow through. However, the experience is often hindered by difficulty in matching purchase orders, and processing credit note. Might caused by clunky, outdated interface. Travel booking can be time-consuming due to inefficient search layouts (like the missing matrix view), making simple processes unnecessarily complex.

- Interaction with SAP GUI while processing supplier credit with invoice under the same supplier
- Travel built with CTM, connection could be smoother
- Efficiency to claim expenses, meeting auditor's requirements.
SAP GUI and TM1, power BI. All data are linked to and from SAP GUI, making reporting and analytics are real time. The TM1 reporting tool is migrating data daily or instantly by manual refresh process. This tool enables data reporting, and analytics. However wish TM1 can be easier in customisation.
