Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

We use S4 for expense management. We are considering moving travel to this platform when the contract for our current platform is finished.

Pros

  • Great mobile app
  • Automatic receipt assignment
  • Good user interface

Cons

  • Mobile app can be clunky
  • Sometimes transactions are created for receipts before the actual transaction is processed
  • SAP Concur audit service automates a lot of the approval work previously handled by staff, which saves time and resources
  • Ability to add clear notes helps employees be more efficient when expenses are returned
UI and interface is clean, simple and straightforward. It's easy to navigate where you need to go!
