In our organization, we use SAP Concur for managing the expense and scanning the receipts

Pros

  • Scan the receipt and auto populate the details
  • Managing the approvals
  • AI Review

Cons

  • The itenary details can be improved
  • Request approvals and expense can be tied up better
  • It has made the life easy on re-imbursements
I gave SAP Concur this usability rating because, in our experience, SAP Concur made our life easy, but there could be mobile application as well
