Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur

I use SAP Concur every month for submitting expense reports for myself amd Project team. It is very helpful specially the auto generated expense report with chat bot. It saves a lot of time for me to make reports and claim submission. Also I can book and plan my itenary at any time and the approval work flow is great with email notifications for easy tracking. I am even using the mobile app for handy and on the go purpose so that I must not lose any tickets or bills.

  • Credit card reports takes some more time to get uploded and sometimes we might skip them to add during the report submission

  • Tracking approval status
SAP Concur is very helpful in comparing the options while booking itenary keeping cost guidance from my organisation and keeping the finance controller happy about the budget spending. I can book and edit my itenary anytime point I want and I will get the overall information about the fares and charges during any modifications

My flight got cancelled and I booked the next itenary from the airport with immediate approvals from the manager and it was really helpful. I was so happy that the SAP Concur mobile app was like a saviour for me that day and I saved lot of time. I am using the mobile very frequently.
