Overall Satisfaction with SAP Concur
My company uses SAP Concur for business travel and processing business expenses. It's an easy process for employees to book travel, review expenses, upload receipts and submit reports to managers for approval.
Pros
- Booking travel
- Most receipts load automatically without having to manually upload
- Easy process to allocate expenses to various cost centers
Cons
- Guest travel - we have not implemented this as it seems tricky
- I can't think of any other areas for improvement
- Creating expense reports is painless and quick
- No need to scan paper receipts as the great majority flow to Concur automatically
- The website is very easy to use for making travel arrangements
I'm not sure - I think is called Strata.
It has been many years since I have used a different type of travel & expense software. SAP Concur is just great and I am completely satisfied with how easy it is to use.
