Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal

SAP Crystal is one of the best tools for doing business intelligence. Thanks to it we can build clear, efficient reports in a short time with a considerable saving of time and energy. What does this mean? A huge cost savings of course and more time to devote to our customers!

  • The selling price should be lower.
  • The performances could be better.
  • Assistance could be more available.
  • It has improved our turnover by 35%.
  • Decreased losses by 23%.
  • Has allowed us to increase our ROI by about 450000 Euros.
For me, the best utilization of SAP Crystal is in generating clear and efficient reports, scalability, the ability to generate reports in multiple languages, and the pixel precision with which they are generated. I do not find that it performs well when I have to generate reports with data from multiple sources.
