Overall Satisfaction with SAP Crystal Reports

We install and support Crystal Reports across multiple clients. It's mainly used to pull data out of SQL Server into customized reports. Usually the canned reports out of database driven software are inadequate and clients need to access data with custom reports.

Pros

  • Pulling data and manipulating that data

Cons

  • It takes a bit to get used to the interface
In my experience we only use it when pulling data out of SQL, it works great for those scenarios.
