Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SAP Data Intelligence mainly for Data visualization, Export data, and Data filtering. We use it across all our departments and it has enabled us to streamline all our critical processes. It is a robust tool for controlling and assessing data that helps us in making informed decisions. Overall it has been beneficial for our business outcomes.

Data Visualization
Report generation is convenient.
Data can be easily exported to excel sheets.

Cons

It is not the best when it comes to scalability.
Lack of provision for a free trial.
Customer service is not up to the mark.

Return on Investment

Since we streamlined our business processes, we have been able to improve our working efficiency.

Alternatives Considered

SAP Data Intelligence provides one of the best services for data visualization and handling. It provides a wide range of customizable features that enabled us to create a system as per our requirements. Pre-existing relations with other SAP modules have added an additional benefit for our organization and deployment of the same was not as complex as for other options.

Support Rating

The overall support of SAP Data Intelligence in comparison to other SAP modules is not up to the mark and should be improved. while implementing the platform we faced a few challenges and could not receive a timely response. Although there is a delay in response the knowledge of the tech support team is commendable.

Usability

SAP Data Intelligence has a very intuitive UI. Although usability at the initial stages can be a tad complex eventually it is pretty easy to navigate through. The dashboard is ergonomically efficient and data filtering is highly optimized which allows us to get the required information very easily. Our team hasn't faced any major issues in terms of usability.

SAP Data Intelligence has served us for several purposes mainly for processing big data. It has allowed us to bridge the gap between the Information technology and Business side within our organization. It can easily work with both structured and unstructured data. Analytical solutions like reporting and auditing have been made hassle-free due to SAP Data Intelligence.
