What makes it better, is the in-built integration. It just works, if I may have to put it. Of course, with some configuration and customization.

We have chosen SAP ERP because of their proven track record. We have gathered use cases from other enterprises within our industry and have performed due diligence. On the other hand, have been hearing not so great news about the other vendors in consideration. With the advent of cloud and especially SaaS, lot of things have turned redundant.

Language and Country support along with the feature to customize and enhance the product makes it stand apart. The technology stack they support should be appreciated as well. There are many ways a report can be developed depending on the driving business needs. Similarly, they offer products for integrations which are robust.

Support Rating

Well, I've had several scenarios where it was evident that they simply buy time. At the same time, their Product Support and Implementation teams are most likely not in sync. What's said by a member of implementation may not hold good when you refer the same thing with a member of the support team.

Likelihood to Recommend

In the on-premise world of things, it ruled the world. The ease with which it can be customized and the language support it provides is simply amazing. Their landscape and transport management is brilliant. It saves millions of dollars for huge enterprises. I only wish that their support model can be enhanced further.
