Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

Hire external consultant and monitor contract for external consultants. Fieldglass also allow us to connect with our approved partners and promote job posting through partners. It tracks all candidates and salary position. It also has approval for job posting along with interview scheduling. Candidates can be screened and interview can be setup using Fieldglass

SAP Fieldglass has configured all our approved supplier list. This makes it easy to just put job posting in once and all partners get posting. Also all candidates can apply at the same time and job manager can see all the candidates from different firms at same time. This is helpful as it doesn't require multiple posting
Application is intuitive, you start with job posting. You can upload job posting and then have salary range. It will be then sent for approval internally and once posting is approved it will be given to all vendors for candidates. You can easily see all candidates and select one interested and schedule interview
SAP Fieldglass has systematic workflow maintained and approval and salary range. It also has way to send information to multiple partners at the same time, it has calendar and interview scheduling also integrating in it. So it becomes easy to use one platform to get all things done compare to other tool where we have to use multiple tools to get this done.

Appropriate for contractors and not linked to company HR system for FT as it is not connected with HR. External Contractors can be easily setup and screened as it has data base of all the approved supplier. It can post the job to all the supplier in one go. It can also scan all candidates at same time.
