Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

Pros

  • Quickly Submitting candidates resume
  • Tracking and maintaining all workforce data

Cons

  • To be honest, fieldglass works little slow in terms of software speed. It buffers when you open from one tab to another tab.
  • I would say better workforce management and tracking
the only thing is Speed on this tool. It takes little time to open when you login and opening one tab to another tab. rest everything is good for this tool from my side.
Being as a user of fieldglass, i would rate 10 out of 10 as mostly our clients and we use fieldglass VMS tool.
