Overall Satisfaction with SAP Fieldglass

Currently we have SAP Fieldglass implemented for our IT department. We currently utilize the SOW and contingent workforce module.

Pros

  • Interview feature within the tool is very helpful for our Hiring Managers
  • The configuration manager is somewhat easily navigable

Cons

  • Reporting
  • Supplier Scorecarding - which is currently not available within the platform
  • Positive - decreased bill rate for consultants
  • Better workforce compliance
  • Decreased invoice error rate
We are able to set some good access controls for differing roles.
The platform is ok but has some issues with latency.
Beeline has a little more native tools that we need in our business such as scorecarding and more intuitive dashboards
