Overall Satisfaction with SAP HANA
In the past, our BI system, takes a lot of time processing our sales data. With the new platform, we have all the info available for all the company almost in real time.

As I said previously, the real improvement that we see in SAP Hanna is the data processing almost in real time.
This is something that I can not evaluate from my side, but the feedback that I have from my teams is that it is really helpful.
In our scenario, where the Omnichannel operations are more present every day, it is crucial for us to have these kind of technologies that allow you to simplify the processes across different areas.
Before SAP Hanna I worked with SAP R3, and some processes that takes hours and hours. Now, with this new technology, it takes no more than some minutes.
