SAP HANA has allowed us to make extensive use of databases, and it was earlier very tedious to deal with the problems that we faced while working with large databases. It has made it convenient to
fetch data, and the range of analytical tools has helped us with various use cases. Additionally, we can combine this retrieved data
with many data sources, making it scalable and versatile.
However, the company will now have to reinforce its team with specialists in this field and make the platform even better practically.

Alternatives Considered

Since we have majorly SAP products for most of our critical business processes we chose SAP Hana for our database management needs. It provides all the required features which are important to us and provides a seamless platform for data interchange and analysis. So far, for our needs SAP Hana is the only platform we have employed.

Support Rating

SAP Hana's customer support is most of the time very responsive and provides to the point and fruitful resolutions. Although, we have faced minor issues while interacting with the team these are ignorable. The raised tickets were resolved quickly.

SAP Hana provides a great platform for large-scale organizations as it
provides a wide range of functionalities that are critical for our
organizations. We have mainly used it for quick data visualization as
well as faster development and deployment of various projects and
products. It is a perfect solution for security and risk compliance. SAP
HANA helps us to separate the data easily and makes it convenient for the end-user.
