Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite

We are using SAP Integration Suite for our main factory and warehouse processes. The problem we have is there is no active/active solution in place, we need this for managing major upgrades and disruptions.

We are using cpi in our most critical processes across our sap landscape. Its a central component when it comes to our integrations while we are rolling out our s4 landscape. Its also replacing the current PI PO solution where we need to stop using due to end of maintenance
Currently we are bot using there capabilities in a wider scope. This migjt be an area where we could step up and try to achieve more. Currently we are not using this to a larger extent but of
course it would be of interest for the future. Let see what happends

For critical Integrations in our business processes. Also we are
using it to replace the current PI and PO enviroment. We are building all new integrstions using the integration suite. Also we are looking into the new edge product which can be run on prem. So its used across the landscape

Using SAP Integration Suite

30 - The main persons that are using the Integration Suite on the Business technology Platform are the Integration team. We are building all integrations for our S4 rollout on CPI. We also have PI/PO but the new integrstions which we are building is in on the Integration suite on the business tech platform
10 - Its mainly supported by the Integrstion developers and the basis team. It depends on of course what type of support that is needed. We are also using calm to monitor the iflow in the Integration suite it’s primarily done by the sap platform team. But in the end its a joined effort

Its now a central part of all our integration scenarios. It can be from cloud to on prem. Saas via btp to on preem. Its also the chooice for all new integrations we are developing. Edge could also be an option for future integration developments but for now cpi is the main tool. So its a central component
