Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We are migrating from ECC to S4 and hence, moving all our interfaces from PI ((Process Integration)) to SAP Integration Suite. SAP Integration Suite is relatively easy to use compared to PI because of its UI based Pallet functions, easy to use Externalization option and link to specific Help documentation.
Pros
- UI based Pallet functions
- easy to use Externalization option
- Help documentation specific to the function we are using
Cons
- It frequently hangs when try to move from one pallet to another
- We have to click on the outer white space and then go back to pallet option
- the Help documentation is sometimes poorly maintained or not updated. Options on screen do not match the documentation
- Positive impact in reducing the effort
