Overall Satisfaction with SAP Integration Suite
We are using SAP INTEGRATION SUITE to mainly design iflows to integrate systems like C4C, ECC, FSM, Nexure, Microservices, CDC, Third Party Systems.
In our project we take care of After Sales Support so to make the data flow and do the transformation we implement them in the iflows. We did a lot of complex transformation and many critical system integration

Pros
- Ease of deployment no need to stress over it
- Ease of monitoring because of great ui
- Ease of designing with gui drag and drop
Cons
- Better monitoring dashboards to make them more automate sending reports
- Detailed search of errors in monitoring page
- Chance to see the System health and more in-depth view of Network to iflows
- Faced issues during larger data handling with batch processing made us to switch some services to microservices
Yes we benefit a lot from it. We integrate onprem systems with ease using cloud connector
Never used as it will be available only on pay basis. We mostly go with our own design and implement ways
Ease of deployment and prebuilt connectors and flow for SAP systems

No.. We are Big Team, we have Enterprise Subscription. I think we that we get Enterprise Support
We are away and received a Mail saying SAP faced Server Issue and it able to find it, raise the ticket, able to Solve it also. without the need of us
