Overall Satisfaction with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation

Robotic Process Automation is being used to streamline processes within Mercury. It is predicted this will be the way most users access Mercury.
  • RPA streamlines processes while saving time.
  • RPA allows our users to spend time on more valuable tasks.
  • RPA decreases human errors.
  • Analytics and reporting could be better.
  • Thus far, has been mostly positive, but we are just starting the journey.
Support has been solid thus far.
