Overall Satisfaction with SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation
Currently we are using SAP RPA in multiple areas within Tenneco on our Clean Air division. The main business problem this has been addressing is automating manual download processes from SAP and placing data files on shared networks where they can be used for additional processing.
- Works well with automation within SAP
- Has standard packages for integrations between excel, word, FS, etc
- Allows for flexibility with JavaScript programmers
- Not extremely user friendly
- Non IT based users can not use it to develop their own stuff - they require IT
- Doesn't always work well with a VM
- Executing processes which normally are manual
- Processes are executed without human intervention
