Overall Satisfaction with SAP Litmos

Used as a training solution for team members. Provides proprietary training courses created in Rise.

Pros

  • UI is good.
  • Easy to upload courses.
  • Integration.
  • Equivalencies.

Cons

  • Reporting- Awful.
  • Being able to go back when on pages, have to start over most of the time.
  • Set up of rules is difficult.
  • Increased employee engagement.
  • Increased compliance.

Not happy overall with reporting and content.
Implementation was good.
Has some great functions but the important stuff like reporting is always broken and gives misinformation. Customer service is outsourced and in India. I am in the US, west coast, and trying to arrange phone calls is horrible. I had an issue and after 1 month of trying to get it fixed I finally gave up. We have since canceled our contract because of the issue. Also, content is not focused to our industry or even our country. Most are UK focused and none are available in Spanish.
