Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

I am a lead consultant in Wipro where we do the SAP S/4HANA Cloud implementation for our client. We map business process in SAP S/4HANA Cloud. We customize the SAP S/4HANA Cloud system according to client requirements. We develop customized report according to business need of client. We also provide support for daily issues faced by client.

  • It is best ERP software where different modules are tightly integrated with each other.
  • Execution of various large reports take very less time due to database architecture.
  • We can customise this ERP software according to business requirements.
  • We can integrate with other software very easily.
  • It provides real time analysis.

Cons

  • GUI of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is not the best, it requires lot of effort to understand.
  • Implementation cost of SAP S/4HANA Cloud is very high.
  • It takes lot of effort to guide new users to use SAP.
  • Initial cost of implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud is very high but it provides value in long run.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the best ERP software available in market. Various modules likes Material Management, Finance and controlling, Plant Maintenance, Sales and Distribution and HR are tightly integrated. So it provides real time analysis in any module. It provides best practices followed by various industry. SAP S/4HANA Cloud uses in-memory database which helps client to run various complex report in business hours. In ECC versions client have to wait for business hours to end to execute complex report.
