Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are implementing SAP S/4HANA Cloud for our different clients in different industries. We must deliver training to the super users and end-users on how to use the new ERP in their day-to-day transactions. We try to make it [easier] for the end-users to use it with the new interface of SAP S/4HANA Cloud.

It is more helpful and more efficient than many other ERPs. It regroups all of the different systems in one database. It helps the end-users to do the transactions [faster]. It also helps the sme to develop the different app more easily. I would recommend to another user to use it for their business

It's more suited for beginners in the industry of using an ERP tool to understand. It’s helps also by saving time to do some transactions by having some automation. It also helps [with] the list of reports that it can provide. Unfortunately, it is really slow to load some tile and reports

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Support

It is more helpful for the end user and super user, it is less time consuming and more efficient. Its has a more user friendly interface with the help of apps and tile and no more t-code. It is a little bit slow to download reports. There’s not a lot of documentation to understand how to use it.
