First of all we had to evaluate the current maturity, each business process and utilization of SAP ERP system in our organization.
Secondly we had to perform training sessions to change the mindset of users for fully adoption of SAP solution.
We had to provide all users scalable knowledge contents.
Change management was a big part of the implementation and was well-handled - Change management is a most important part in SAP adoption because the processes that are supported by solution are complex and critical.
First of all we have to describe the change, add related documents, fill the questionnaires then we have to drive the change request. And finally test the same in user testing environment before go-live.
Our implementation team is highly experienced and qualified they provide us scalable knowledge content like self service videos, process manuals, etc. They also performed training sessions with all our team. User testing for some critical business processes was also performed.
It ensured us that all users understand each process clearly.
Our core IT team performs periodically training sessions with all users. It ensures each user gets updated on new features and functionality.
Secondly they shares scalable knowledge content like self service video, detailed manual and SOP as soon as there is any change to current functionality or new feature is introduced.
