Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

SAP S/4HANA Cloud is more user friendly than its predecessor (SAP ECC), leveraging Fiori tiles to enhance the user experience. The powerfull standard business processes are also a big addition to support any ERP transformation for companies.

Pros

  • Fiori Tiles to access the system with mobile devices
  • Out of the box operational reporting with Embedded Analytics
  • Enhanced integration with other systems leveraging SAP BTP

Cons

  • Fiori is great but sometimes performance is not ideal
  • OOTB automation could be enhanced
  • Clean data and single source of truth to make decisions
  • "live data" with standard embedded analytics reporting
  • Job monitoring with Cloud ALM
Powerful system with a high data integrity enable a strong control over business processes, and automation allows the employees to spend more time on analysis, rather than entering and correcting data in the system,
