Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

S/4 is our main system of record, it encompasses different lines of businesses, and is responsible for storing, organizing, and managing data for, e.g. HR, transportation, SCM, production planning, material, suppliers, customers, etc

Pros

  • it's a robust system, and it's hardly unavailable or unstable
  • over time, it's getting easier to use and more user friendly

Cons

  • when there is a problem, it really hard to troubleshoot
  • I miss mobile apps
  • Fioris provide better insights to our management
  • SAC acts for analysitcs when fioris are not enough
specifically for the ease of use from the Fioris, especially when compared to ECC.

companies normally have different systems, like not all from the same seller. so it's important they are able to interact to each other, so I choose integration as the main factor. Ease of use if of course wanted, as we don't want our users to either not know how to use it, or use it in a wrong way and therefore damaging it with wrong data, or data in wrong places

bigger companies, especially production companies, may make better use of it. especially in combination and integration to other cloud SAP systems, like concur, success factors, etc
