Overall Satisfaction with SAP S/4HANA Cloud

We are an implementation partner - we implement for public sector such as property rates and taxes

It get's the job done is with effective ROI
  • Ease of Use
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is easy for people to use. The system is clean, straightforward, easy even for new users. Tasks can be done more efficiently, users picked it up fast, needed less training, and could get work done right away.
e use SAP S/4HANA Cloud’s AI features to make our work faster and easier. As a partne, the AI tools help us automate routine tasks, quickly analyze large amounts of data, and spot issues early. Joule AI Agents also guide our team through steps that used to take much longer. This means less manual work, fewer mistakes, and quicker results for our clients. Overall, the AI features help us deliver projects more smoothly and support users more effectively.
SAP S/4HANA Cloud is the main one used by clients, and the others are used to various client and partner purposes. I don't think they are comparable.

More suited to organization that are more technology friendly (always a challenge in public sector), more suited to those where regulations don't limit where data can be stored (mandated to have on physical servers/otherwise)
