Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

its mainly used for Complaint management and warranty management.
All the dealers used the platform to enter the commissioning data in the system. all the approvals and logic is built in the system for part issuance. we have a inventory management module is also built to track the MSL by the dealer and receive the inventory. The only issue we would sending the changes to production through patch where complete solution needs to send every time even for the small change. This takes too much time for deployment and discourage us to send the changes less frequently

customer can reach out to brand through any and multiple channels. Being easy to integrate , service request created very fast for the customer in the service cloud and fastly service provider can assign the technician and solve the customer issue. Getting the part on the complaint is also integrated through ssytem.

Well suited-The system is very well integrated with other system like whatsAPp, website, mobile app and other APIs and providing a omnichannel backend system integrated with external system. very well integrated with SAP S4 hana system
Less appropriate- the MDRO/job feature is not satisfactory, change deployment is not easy, inventory mgt is not standard solution.
