Register the complaint through social media.

- Improve the performance fetching data.
- Extract the data to Excel only 50000. Need to improve this limit.
- Customer service resolution time and service cost.

Within 24 hours, service engineer can provide resolution with 24 hours which helped Exide to provide better customer experience/satisfaction.
Service cloud is faster than Salesforce. Smooth configuration.
