Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

SAP Service Cloud has been used for Ticketing tool - through this tool dealer sub dealer can replace the battery, warranty claim. Scheduling the visit - Service engineer visit new dealers/sub dealers to train them. All master data maintenance like Dealer Sub Dealer Mapping, Pin code mapping, Battery mapping. Register the complaint through social media.

Pros

  • Dealer/Sub Dealer can claim warranty, battery replacement.
  • All Master data mapping.
  • Scheduling the visit to Dealer/Sub Dealer points
  • Register complaint through the Social Media like facebook, whatsapp, X.

Cons

  • Improve the performance fetching data.
  • Extract the data to Excel only 50000. Need to improve this limit.
  • Customer service resolution time and service cost.
  • Service cloud improved the customer satisfaction.
We have integrated SAP Service cloud with FSM and S4 through CPI. Smooth Data transfer within these.
Within 24 hours, service engineer can provide resolution with 24 hours which helped Exide to provide better customer experience/satisfaction.
Service cloud is faster than Salesforce. Smooth configuration.
