Overall Satisfaction with SAP Service Cloud

I use SAP Service Cloud as customer service operation tool, we use it to create service requests, managing and do analysis on them. It also helped us it giving the scheduling feature to proving on time service to our customers and also take auto follow ups to make their experience good . In these ways I used it and I found it as a very useful product for such tasks.

  • Creating and managing service requests of customers.
  • Its scheduling feature for providing future services.
  • Its auto followup feature it also helped a lot.

Cons

  • Interface can be more understanding for user
  • Customization is limited
  • Integrating with other product us also challenging
  • Work Efficiency
  • Saves much time
  • Increase Customer relations
It improves in many ways like increasing customer relationships , customer satisfaction, employee productivity , operational efficiency and makes different decision making easier and to the point.

As discussed previously I found it as a beneficial tool in customer service operations, where in either auto follow ups feature or scheduling upcoming service feature , every single feature is usable and productive to use. Talking on some cons I only found that it need to improve its user interface, it should be more easier and understanding.
