SAP SuccessFactors is our HR system of record for employee data and performance and goal management.

SAP SuccessFactors is difficult to integrate with other systems. CPI is a big black box. Also, SAP SuccessFactors is difficult to troubleshoot.
SAP SuccessFactors's COVID tracking was very helpful.
