Pros
- Integration with other modules
- Configuration to support our business
- Many options to help improve processes
Cons
- Rather than deleting a transaction which is very hard to see in audit. Would like to be able to void the transaction so we can see when it was first entered and then voided. Would not want employees or managers to see or be able to void transactions
- Manage data better views
- Bundling cert renewals.
- Central data repository
- Providing data via integrations to vendors
It was long and a lot of work. We did most things right !
Sap had the full suite with recruiting onboarding and performance.
